We loved every minute from the amazing classes in the beautiful open-aired barn, whilst listening to the birdsong float in and smelling the scent of incense, to relaxing by the pool. Kim’s classes are simply outstanding. Each one is full of warmth, positivity, challenge and benefit. The expert knowledge that Kim has on how to make muscles work together properly gives astonishing results. The tweeks and adjustments she teaches make all the difference. Your muscles say ‘Yes! That’s what we want’. Kim shows you how to get those troublesome tight muscles to let go, letting you experience wonderful free movement better than ever before.
I don’t fit any ‘profile’ of someone who does yoga. Kim has been so amazingly welcoming from the outset giving this seized up beginner every encouragement. I’ve had the best results and I’ll be forever grateful to Kim.
I stumbled upon Kim’s class at my gym by chance. Just in the first class I knew I had found what I was looking for. The energy in the room, the flow of asanas and the calmness you leave with is second to none. I’m converted from a cardio and weight trainer to a yoga and body balance buff! I absolutely love taking her classes and the recent Mindful Workshops are a cherry on top of the cake 😉

I am amazed to say that I have been practising with Kim for nearly 5 years. I started with the occasional session, to see what it was like and moved to once a week as I grew stronger and more interested. I now practice with Kim twice a week or more if I can . I have experienced positive changes in both my mind and body . I have more recently benefited from her workshops and retreats. The calmness and sincerity of her practice helped me to engage as a complete beginner and continues to inspire my focus today. I most recently attended the first monthly mindfulness workshop: the care shown by Kim and Tanya was reassuring, supportive and encouraging and was an empowering way to end the first week of a new year. I wholeheartedly recommend Kim’s teaching to anyone who is looking for a calmer spirit and a stronger body.

I asked Kim to deliver a yoga session at a crochet retreat day that I was hosting as I wanted the ladies who were attending to have an opportunity to stretch their upper body and learn some relaxation techniques after a busy morning of crochet! Kim was wonderful – she went to a lot of trouble to research the link between yoga and crochet and even found some crochet affirmations for us. She designed the session especially for us that suited our needs perfectly. A lot of the ladies were nervous as they hadn’t done yoga before but Kim quickly put them at ease with her warm reassuring manner, I know that several of them have gone on to use the techniques when crocheting at home, so have definitely found it helpful! I would highly recommend Kim and look forward to working with her again.
