I am amazed to say that I have been practising with Kim for nearly 5 years. I started with the occasional session, to see what it was like and moved to once a week as I grew stronger and more interested. I now practice with Kim twice a week or more if I can . I have experienced positive changes in both my mind and body . I have more recently benefited from her workshops and retreats. The calmness and sincerity of her practice helped me to engage as a complete beginner and continues to inspire my focus today. I most recently attended the first monthly mindfulness workshop: the care shown by Kim and Tanya was reassuring, supportive and encouraging and was an empowering way to end the first week of a new year. I wholeheartedly recommend Kim’s teaching to anyone who is looking for a calmer spirit and a stronger body.
